CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Law Firm, advising local and international clients in the areas of corporate services, real estate transactions, commercial agreements, and more, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of relevant experience gained working for a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider, with proven knowledge of company incorporations, corporate changes, Registrar filings (including HE32 forms), invoicing, immigration procedures, and day-to-day corporate administration. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:30 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Access to the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies and preparation and submission of forms and resolutions.
  • Access, filling, submissions and updating to Compliance Suite system for corporate entities and individuals.
  • Filling UBO and Trust Public Registries.
  • Opening and updating of bank accounts.
  • Coordinate and support annual bank reviews and maintain up-to-date corporate documentation with banks and financial institutions.
  • KYC procedures.
  • Administrative support, managing corporate client files and conducting search as needed.
  • Handling corporate correspondence and communication with Lawyers, Clients, and Staff Members.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with a corporate service provider or law firm.
  • Practical experience in company incorporations, corporate changes, Registrar filings (including HE32 forms), invoicing, immigration procedures, and day-to-day corporate administration.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Outlook and professional typing skills in English and Greek.
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a small, collaborative, and client-focused team.
