We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and creative Architects to join us in Larnaca.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and present ideas for review
• Develop final construction plans showing the building’s appearance and construction details
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning laws
• Make necessary changes throughout the planning process
• Supervise projects

Architect Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under indirect supervision
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style
• Technically creative and open-minded approach

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 5 to 7 years of architectural experience
• Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
