Administative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team.

Manage travel arrangements for the Management team, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls with a professional demeanour.

Maintain and update schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Organize and manage confidential files, records, and documents.

Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Basic accounting skills is an advantage.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
