Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with professionalism and warmth

• Perform nightly accounting and revenue reconciliation procedures

• Handle guest requests, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently

• Coordinate with housekeeping and f&b teams as needed

• Deliver exceptional guest service at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experieces

• Previous experience in hotel reception or night audit will be considered an advantage

• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work night shifts
