In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Kids and Teenz Club, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and fun environment while maximizing efficiency and performance. We are looking for a proactive, highly responsible individual capable of driving enthusiasm within the team to provide exceptional experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kids and teenz club, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and adequate staffing ratios.
• Ensure that all health and safety policies, risk assessments, and sterilization standards are maintained and strictly followed.
• Develop new educational concepts and entertainment programs, evaluating their effectiveness based on participation and satisfaction.
• Handle the recruitment, training, and development of team members, including conducting performance evaluations and coaching.
• Promote the Club's programs effectively through various channels, including social media, notice boards, and room fliers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Child care, Educational sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Relevant child protection training and a clean criminal record copy.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
