The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development professional with 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, specializing in Affiliate, IB, and strategic partnership management. Proven track record of acquiring and growing high-value partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets. Skilled in business development, negotiation, account management, and market expansion, with a strong understanding of financial markets and partner-driven acquisition models.
Location: Nicosia Cyprus (Hybrid)
Business & Partnership Development
- Identify, target, and onboard new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Influencers, and Institutional clients.
- Create and deliver a business development plan to grow the partner network and increase market share.
- uild and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners, tracking progress and working toward growth targets.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and remuneration structures to support long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key partners and maintain strong working relationships.
- Run regular performance reviews with partners, using data-driven insights and guidance to help improve performance and revenue generation.
- Represent partner needs internally, coordinating with Marketing, Technology, and Compliance teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Look for growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose initiatives to expand those relationships.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new opportunities in the Forex/CFD industry.
- Share market intelligence and strategic feedback with senior management to support product direction, marketing activity, and broader business strategy.
- Represent FX BD at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase visibility and generate leads.
Performance & Reporting
- Work toward and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and partner activation rates.
- Prepare and present regular updates on business development activity, pipeline status, and partnership performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the Forex/CFD industry.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing high-value partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, CFD trading, and the operating models of IBs and Affiliates.
- An existing network in the Forex/IB community is an advantage.
