Numerise Professional Services LimitedNumerise Professional Services Limited is a well-established professional services firm seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Services Department. In this role, you will support administration and compliance activities for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Access and use the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies to prepare and submit forms, applications, and resolutions
- Maintain and update corporate records through the Zygos system for both corporate entities and individuals
- Prepare and file UBO declarations and Trust Public Registry submissions
- Open, maintain, and update corporate bank accounts
- Coordinate and support annual bank reviews, ensuring corporate documentation is accurate and up to date with financial institutions
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support, including managing corporate client files and conducting necessary searches
- Handle corporate correspondence and liaise with lawyers, clients, and internal teams
Key Skills and Experience
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration or a similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with corporate administration systems will be considered an advantage
