CTC Automotive Ltd, a member of the CTC Group operating in the automotive and engineering sector, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior IT Support Officer to join its IT team in Nicosia.

This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and IT operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
  • Respond to IT support requests via helpdesk, phone, or email in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, including hardware and software faults
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, user guides, and system records
  • Support user account management (password resets, access permissions)
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft 365 environment
  • Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Printers and peripheral devices
  • Basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, DNS, DHCP)
  • IT ticketing and helpdesk systems
