A.Stylianides Superclean Ltd is looking to recruit a Secretary- part time- in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls professionally

  • Maintain filing systems and organize office records

  • Perform basic tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and other accounting documentation, knowledge of Premiersoft is a MUST

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

  • Preparation of quarterly VAT to provide to external accountants

  • Performing any additional duties as required

  • Maintaining and updating customer records and spreadsheets

  • GAP Akis Express handling

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or Office Administrator will be considered an advantage

  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills

  • Communication skills, written and verbal in both Greek and English language

  • Knowledge of Premiersoft Program

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
