We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Clinical Specialist to join our MedTech team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Position Overview
The Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support to Healthcare Professionals regarding the effective use of the Company's medical devices and technologies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures, promoting innovative medical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert clinical product and technical support to physicians and healthcare professionals during surgical and interventional procedures.
• Assist surgeons and clinical teams in the effective use of the Company's medical devices and technologies.
• Study, evaluate, and remain up to date with the latest medical technologies and product developments.
• Support the introduction and adoption of innovative products and solutions in healthcare institutions.
• Conduct regular visits to physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to communicate clinical benefits and product value.
• Coordinate equipment requirements and logistics for scheduled surgical procedures.
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a clinical support, clinical applications specialist, or medical device role will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within operating room environments.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills and a strong interest in medical technology and innovation.
• Valid Cypriot driving license.
