We are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Corporate Associate Lawyer to join our Corporate Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the incorporation, restructuring, and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing corporate and legal documentation, including resolutions, shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, and statutory forms.

  • Advising clients on Cyprus corporate law matters and corporate governance requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, requiring prompt responsiveness, sound judgment, and strong technical expertise to address a wide range of day-to-day corporate matters.

  • Handling day-to-day corporate administration and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

  • Managing corporate records and ensuring the timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities.

  • Managing UBO Registers, Trust Registers, AML/KYC, and Economic Substance compliance matters.

  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality corporate and legal support.

  • Maintaining and updating internal CRM and document management systems.

  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.

  • Overseeing corporate administration processes within the department.

What we are looking for:

  • Law degree (LLB) with Honours.

  • Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus Company Law (Cap.113) and corporate services operations.

  • Minimum 4 years of practice experience, post training, in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred).

  • Ability to take initiatives and deliver client-focused solutions with confidence.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management and reporting abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
