Farmakas Water is looking for an experienced, commercial, and driven Business Manager to lead the business end to end. Working in the fast-paced FMCG sector, you will oversee operations, improve production efficiency, and drive market growth. You will take full operational and financial ownership, ensuring smooth production while expanding the company’s market presence across Cyprus.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic financial management with day-to-day operational oversight. You will report directly to the shareholders and will be accountable for profitability, organizational capability, and consistently high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational and supply chain excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations of the water bottling plant, ensuring production targets, quality control, and logistical efficiency are consistently met.
• Team leadership and development: Lead, mentor, and grow the operational, sales, and administrative teams. Promote accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Financial accountability and budgeting: Own the annual operational budget, cost management, and P&L performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains in production and distribution.
• Shareholder reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial and operational performance reports to the shareholders.
• Commercial growth: Identify and execute market opportunities, and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks across Cyprus.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven FMCG experience: Minimum 5+ years of leadership or management experience strictly within the FMCG or beverage manufacturing industry.
• Financial literacy: Strong background in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Proven leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing, building, and scaling teams.
• Language skills: Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Location and mobility: Ability to manage time effectively between the production facility in Farmakas and corporate and distribution networks in Nicosia.
