We are opening a new store in Nicosia and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!

Specifically, the Sales Assistant will support the store in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities / Main Duties:

• Customer Service & Sales:
  • Assist customers in selecting BBQ grills, accessories, and consumables.
  • Provide product information and basic advice on outdoor cooking solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Store Maintenance & Merchandising:
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
  • Replenish stock and assist in inventory management.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives.
• Team Support:
  • Assist the Store Supervisor in executing store promotions and events.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Product Knowledge Development:
  • Continuously improve knowledge of BBQ products, accessories, and outdoor kitchen solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for BBQ products and outdoor cooking.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.
