Secretary / Accounting Assistant - Two Guys BBQ (Limassol)
Two Guys BBQTwo Guys BBQ are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary with Accounting responsibilities to support daily administrative and financial operations at their Limassol headquarters.
The successful candidate will handle office administration, correspondence, scheduling, bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and financial record management while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize office supplies and support daily office operations
Accounting Duties:
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain bookkeeping and financial records
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- Record financial transactions accurately
- Support accountants during audits and financial reporting
- Use accounting software for data entry and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in secretarial or accounting work preferred
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, or Xero
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
