POSITION SUMMARY:

An Architectural Designer required to join the client’s project management team for a major construction project in Limassol. Reporting to Senior Design Management, she/he will assist in the daily design tasks and coordination.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Senior Design Manager in conducting day to day tasks.
• Good understanding and interpreting of drawings and specifications.
• Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design development problems.
• Assist in producing architectural drawings and documentation.
• Prepare design presentation material.
• Assist in material selection, recommendation and approval process.
• Assist in reviewing Shop Drawings.
• Assist in site inspections, progress monitoring, resolving site issues.
• Taking good care of personal health and safety in the workplace.
• Communicating and liaising effectively within a team setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Relevant work experience of 2-5 years
• Interior design (Hotel, FFE) experience preferred

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture

Skills / Competencies

• Proficient in use of CAD software 2D and 3D (BIM experience a plus)
• Proficient in use of Photoshop
• Fluent in English
• Greek a plus
