The law firm of A. & E. C. Emilianides, C. Katsaros & Associates LLC is currently looking to recruit a corporate and regulatory lawyer for its offices in Nicosia.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law and regulatory framework.
• Very good knowledge of regulatory compliance matters, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and anti-money laundering (AML) matters.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and oral.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Job Description:

• Involved in cases related to corporate and regulatory law.
• Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Providing legal advice on compliance matters including data protection (GDPR) and anti-money laundering (AML).
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all kinds of agreements and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on Cyprus's legal developments.
• Corporate administration.
• Liaising with clients, associates of the firm, governmental authorities and other organisations in Cyprus and abroad.
