Sales Advisor - Karma
KARMA GROUPKARMA is a growing Group operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.
We are seeking seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. This is a collaborative, team-oriented role, working closely with internal departments and under the guidance of the Operations & Sales Director to achieve shared sales objectives.
As a Sales Advisor, you will contribute to driving property sales and enhancing client satisfaction by supporting the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to final agreement—while ensuring alignment with company processes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
- Conduct property viewings and present features, pricing, and benefits
- Support negotiations and contribute to securing sales agreements in coordination with management
- Prepare and manage Reservation Agreements and accurately update the CRM system
- Work closely with the Marketing team on promotions and property listings
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth contract processing
- Represent KARMA at events and networking opportunities as part of the wider team
- Deliver a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate is not essential, but will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the property market and client management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
