To control meals served in bars and restaurants and to prepare bills for food and drinks served, using the Micros software. Assists bars operation when necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Before taking up position in Restaurant / Bar, prepares a room occupancy chart from the cashier’s accommodation lists to identify the guests on B/B, H/B, F/B.
- Ensures the all Food and Beverage items on the captain order are charged correctly.
- Prepares bills for extra food served, collects cash or passes to guests’ accounts.
- Prepare creditsales and control sheets.
- Hands over cash received after each meal to the Front Office.
- Is responsible for all money entrusted to him/her.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Team Spirit
