Factory Manager – Bottling Plant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our bottling facility, ensuring efficient production, machinery performance, and strict adherence to food safety and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

      •     Set up, operate, and maintain bottling lines and associated machinery

      •     Monitor production output and optimize bottling line performance

      •     Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to minimize downtime

      •     Order and manage raw materials including bottles, caps, labels, and product ingredients

      •     Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards

      •     Enforce health and safety policies across the entire facility

      •     Supervise, train, and manage factory floor staff

      •     Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain stock levels

      •     Maintain accurate production logs, quality checks, and reports

      •     Conduct regular equipment inspections and schedule preventative maintenance
