Golden Coast Beach Hotel 4* is seeking to recruit a Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, support the team, and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations during assigned shifts
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate bar staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area
• Manage stock levels, inventory counts, and ordering of supplies
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and hotel policies

Qualification and Experience:

• Previous experience in bar operations or hospitality supervision of at least 2 years
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar procedures
• Leadership and team management skills
• Very good command of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, engaging and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance & attitude
