JOB PURPOSE:
The Office Administrator will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to Executive Assistant as well as ensure that the Executive Office operates and runs smoothly and in the most efficient and effective manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all day-to-day operations related to the Executive Office to the highest standards, and coordinate resources to ensure that all possible issues are efficiently resolved.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge and ability in the complete understanding of the Executive Office operations, the execution of all correct standards, the required daily work, the etiquette while dealing with guests and people, facilities, services, events.
Secretarial and office support duties will include but not be limited to internal and external communication, managing calendar, organizing internal and external meetings, reporting preparation, presentations preparation, handling of office systems and software, organizing office requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Graduate of a Secretarial Institution.
- At least 2 years work experience in a similar post.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Great focus and attention to detail; able to conduct research and manage records.
- Proficient multitasker with strong time management abilities.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of extremely sensitive documents and/or information.
- Procurement and logistics knowledge will be considered and advantage.
