On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Case Manager.

IRARA is a trusted provider of secure solutions in immigration and justice, with a core focus on voluntary and assisted returns and reintegration services. We work closely with governments, international organisations, and stakeholders to support dignified, compliant, and sustainable solutions for individuals returning to their home countries.

Our work includes case management, reintegration planning, and operational delivery to help returnees access the support they need for successful reintegration.

Building on this foundation, IRARA is entering a growth phase and expanding into escorting, detention management, and citizen services, positioning the organisation as a comprehensive solutions provider in immigration and justice.

Role Summary

This role is part of the Global Operations case working team and is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of reintegration services to citizens returning to their home countries. You will act as a key liaison point between UK/EU government officials and IRARA overseas offices that deliver frontline reintegration services under various national funding programmes.

The role involves casework, supporting the creation of a viable reintegration plan, securing appropriate documentary evidence of expenditure, coordinating the timely delivery of services, and completing monitoring and evaluation activities.

You will also be responsible for updating computer-based case management tools used to support operational activities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a timely and accurate reintegration service
  • Support the production of monthly reports as required by the funding organisations
  • Liaise with IRARA local operations centres overseas to ensure the successful and timely completion of reintegration activities
  • Act as a contact point for national government representatives
  • Attend regular organisational review meetings (local and global)
  • Arrange and attend meetings with the UK Home Office and other member states as required
  • Record instructions received from key funders (national governments)
  • Represent IRARA in periodic and ad-hoc meetings and build strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Carry out any other duties as deemed appropriate
Requirements
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Methodical approach to record keeping
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good ICT knowledge and experience using basic Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate programmes
  • Ability to develop new processes and procedures to maintain quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in working across, or understanding of, different cultures
