ExpressBook is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to help salons, barbers, massage therapists, and other appointment-based businesses improve their online presence.

In this role, you will visit local businesses in person, introduce them to ExpressBook, explain the value of being listed online, and support them as they register on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Visit salons, barbershops, massage therapists, beauty studios, and similar local businesses.
• Present ExpressBook and explain how it helps businesses get discovered online.
• Encourage business owners to register and create their ExpressBook profile.
• Support new businesses through the sign-up process.
• Build and maintain relationships with local service providers.
• Track contacted businesses and manage follow-ups.
• Share feedback from business owners with the ExpressBook team.

Requirements

• Confidence speaking with business owners face-to-face.
• Friendly, professional, and persuasive communication.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of salons, beauty, wellness, or local services is a plus.
• Comfortable visiting businesses in person.
