Nihao Trading Ltd, one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products in Cyprus, is seeking an experienced and organized professional for the position of Import & Export Coordinator.

This role is ideal for a candidate with solid experience in import operations and the ability to manage supplier communication and regulatory processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of import & export operations
• Communication with international suppliers
• Liaison with logistics and shipping companies
• Handling customs clearance and sanitary procedures
• Monitoring shipments and related documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in import operations (experience in food products will be considered an advantage)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong professional communication skills
• Good knowledge of customs and sanitary procedures
• Familiarity with eSoft software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food import companies
• Experience in full-cycle import management
