Position overview

As a Pool Attendant, you will keep the outdoor pool and beach areas clean and tidy, in line with the hotel’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the beach and pool area clean, and ensure sunbeds and umbrellas are kept in order.

• Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.

• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.

• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.

• Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.

• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

• Complete required safety training and certifications.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• 1+ years’ prior experience as a Pool Attendant or in a customer service-related field.

• Excellent knowledge of English (Greek and Russian are a plus).

• Physical mobility and stamina.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Able to work in an outside environment.

• First aid certificate (lifeguard certificate is a plus).

• Pleasant personality.
