Summary of the role

Provide in-room dining service to guests in line with Food & Beverage standards, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally
• Prepare and set up trays/trolleys according to service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service items
• Handle guest orders, payments, and requests efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and team regarding orders and special requests
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations when needed
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
• Support teamwork and assist with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus)
• 5+ years’ experience in the same position or similar serving experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Hotel software / PMS or Sales
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
• Pleasant personality
• Customer-centric approach
