LLT Law is looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including confidentiality, financing, joint-venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and share purchase/sale agreements.
• Provide legal advice and services on the establishment, reporting obligations, administration, restructuring, and rehabilitation of companies.
• Draft minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Carry out legal due diligence by reviewing complex agreements and multiple documents, identifying key issues, and providing practical advice and solutions.
• Prepare legal due diligence reports.
• Participate in and support transactional, cross-border operations, including meetings with clients, counterparties, and their advisors.
• Support the company’s corporate procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Law degree from the United Kingdom.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
