ARSKY DESIGN is a concept-oriented interior and architecture studio based in Limassol. We specialize in high-end private residences, delivering full-scope solutions from concept design to technical documentation and on-site coordination.

We are looking to welcome a detail-oriented Architect to strengthen and enrich our architectural team.

The Role

The Architect will be responsible for the preparation of architectural drawings, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local planning and building regulations in Cyprus.

This role requires strong technical skills, a practical understanding of local procedures, and the ability to work on both new residential construction and renovation/fit-out projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience

• Strong knowledge of local planning procedures and building permit process in Cyprus

• Good understanding of Cyprus building regulations

• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings

• Fluency in English and Greek

• Registration with ETEK is required
