Good To Go Ltd is hiring Cooks (A-B-C) for SOLEIL HOSPITALITY GROUP.

Key tasks

• Handle and care for raw materials
• Check products to ensure quality standards are met
• Inform the Head Chef about any raw material shortages
• Follow and execute instructions from the Head Chef
• Work closely with all kitchen team members
• Carry out preparation work as instructed
• Prepare hot and cold dishes
• Place orders as required
• Ensure correct storage of all food and other items
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
• Follow dietary guidelines and hygiene rules
• Support with other kitchen tasks when assigned

Skills, knowledge, and personal qualities

• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules
• Dexterity and the ability to safely use cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Strong team spirit with clear and enthusiastic communication
