We are looking to recruit experienced professionals and/or individuals who wish to start a career as Porters to join our hotel.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests throughout their stay

• Ensure that all guests' arrivals and departures run smoothly

• Be responsible for all hotel entrance and luggage associated procedures

• Anticipate guests needs and make every effort to accommodate them

• Respond to guests’ complaints and feedback professionally and promptly

The ideal professionals shall have the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

• Previous working experience in similar duties in 5 star hotels will be considered an advantage

• Very good knowledge of English language. Knowledge of additional language will be considered an advantage

• Passion for excellence

• Communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Flexibility, adaptability and proactiveness
