We are looking to recruit experienced professionals and/or individuals who want to start a career in the service field to join the F&B department of our hotel.

Waiters/ Waitresses key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide them with a memorable experience throughout their stay at the hotels’ bars and restaurants

• Present the menu and when required provide clarifying information to guests

• Engage with guests in a professional and attentive way, understanding their food & beverage preferences and food allergies and make menu recommendations

• Follow hotel's servicing and quality standards

The ideal professionals shall have the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

• High school certificate

• Diploma in Hospitality will be considered an advantage

• Previous working experience in similar duties in 5-star hotels or high-end restaurants

• Good knowledge of English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage

• Passion for excellence

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Flexibility and adaptability
