Main responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests throughout their stay

• Ensure a seamless and quick check in and check out experience

• Anticipate guests needs and make every effort to accommodate them

• Respond to guests’ complaints and feedback professionally and promptly

• Maintain the department’s system up to date at all times

• Provide support for reservations

The ideal professionals shall have the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

• Previous working experience in similar duties in 5 star hotels. You are not experienced in this field? Do not worry!!! Bring your passion and start your career journey with us!

• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent degree will be considered an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of additional language will be considered an advantage

• Computer Literate

• Passion for excellence

• Communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Problem solving

• Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Flexibility and adaptability
