Office Operations Assistant - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily payment reconciliations and follow up on any missing payments;
  • Daily checking of main mailbox and action on customer requests accordingly;
  • Set appointments for delivery of products, provide assistance to customers over the phones and attending to the main telephone line;
  • Liaise with Warehouse regarding accurate unloading information;
  • General office duties for smooth running of the showroom;

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer support role is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Greek & English.
  • Friendly, proactive, and organised, with strong attention to detail and time management.
