We are currently seeking to recruit a Facility Management Supervisor and Health & Safety Officer, to be based at our Head Offices in Nicosia.

Job Summary                                                      

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Facility Management operations in Cyprus and overseas.The Facilities Supervisor will also be responsible for facilities maintenance, and Health and Safety compliance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modifications and upgrades including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction
• Review, track, and submit for payment all service invoices and maintains budget cost sheets
• The collation of tender documentation and competitive quotes for maintenance materials, order and invoice processing
• The administration of all purchase orders and annual service contract purchase orders
• Overall responsibility and compliance of the Group’s Health and Safety
• Implement practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices in the workplace
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years previous working experience in a similar position
• A strong affinity to hands on execution and deep practical technical understanding
• Be able to multitask, work efficiently, work to close deadlines and handle challenging situations
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Greek
