Key Responsibilities

• Handle immigration matters, including residency permits, work permits, and citizenship applications
• Advise international clients on Cyprus immigration procedures and compliance
• Manage real estate transactions, including due diligence, contracts, and land registry procedures
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a valid practicing license in Cyprus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in immigration and real estate law
• Strong knowledge of the Cyprus legal and regulatory framework
• Experience working with international clients
• Excellent command of English and Greek
• Strong organizational and communication skills
