Pafilia Group is seeking to recruit high-calibre and ambitious Technical Property Expert with background in civil engineering or similar field. The successful candidates will develop and maximise the sales of properties and to ensure the commercial success in local and overseas markets.

Location: Limassol

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Giving various sales presentations to potential clients and Real Estate Agents
• Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas
• Liaise with Real Estate Agents
• Representing the company in International exhibitions/ Tradeshows

Necessary requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any other similar field
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast paced environment 
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Enthusiastic, customer oriented, self-motivated and organised
• Flexibility in travelling abroad if needed as per business needs
