Little Gems Montessori Nursery is looking for a professional and caring Early Years Practitioner to join our Larnaca setting. You will work alongside experienced Montessori pedagogues and be part of a supportive, professional team.

We have a real passion for the outdoors, including forest/beach school once per week, so a love of being outside is essential.

Start date and working pattern

• Start date: September 2026
• Full-time, term-time
• Competitive salary

Qualifications

You will need one of the following:

• Diploma in Early Years (minimum)
• Early Years degree
• Psychology degree

• Ability to assist in planning and assessment
• Willingness to attend further training courses
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
