Barista Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the menu and make recommendations, based on the customer's preferences, taking orders, up-selling special items.

• Keeping the facility presentable, clean and stocked. Sociable, pleasant with excellent customer service skills, and professionalism

• Maintain the quality and standards of our coffee. Knowledge of brewing methods is not required given there will be training. (1-2 years experience can be considered an advantage).

• Team player, multitasking and ensuring everything is running smoothly during your shift Take orders while paying attention to details (i.e. preferences of roast, dairy and syrup)

• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) in-store and from online platforms like Wolt etc

• Flexible to work various shifts throughout the weekly schedule.

• Requirements:

• Willigness to learn Strong customer service skills.

• Sociable and professional.

• Communication skills in Greek and/or English.

• Previous experience (1-2 years) is a plus but not required.
