We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and long-term performance of Neocleous Tower, ensuring that all technical systems, facilities, and shared areas operate at the highest standards.

About the Role

• Work closely with the Building Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the building’s facilities

• Monitor and support building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC (as applicable)

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues

• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required

• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards as well as operational efficiency

• Support the overall upkeep and presentation of the Tower’s common areas

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role

• Technical background or hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building systems

• Ability to diagnose issues and provide practical, effective solutions

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider operations team

• Basic IT literacy for reporting and communication

• Fluency in English or Greek (knowledge of both is an advantage)

• Relevant technical certifications or licences are considered an advantage
