Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, a company of Pafilia Group, is seeking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer – Chinese Speaking to join a highly active and passionate team. 

The successful candidate will be required to provide a wide range of liaison and support services to our growing portfolio of international clients.

Location: Main Office, Pafos

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary support and attention to customer needs
• Act as a focal point for customer matters, enquiries or concerns
• Coordinate with the proper company personnel to provide timely and accurate responses to customers
• Monitor customer correspondence via email, social media, telephone, instant message
• Follow up on invoices procedure and maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Provide explanations and advice on billing queries
• Translating and interpreting from Chinese to English and vice versa. Checking and verifying various documentations
• Perform administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks
• Traveling inside Cyprus to provide assistance to customers where necessary

Necessary requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is desirable
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages both written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to deal with and resolve a high volume of queries efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
• Ability to identify and present solutions to achieve customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver successfully under pressure
• Excellent computer skills
• Eligible to work in Cyprus (work permit)
