Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the SPA
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with company standards
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Carry out front desk duties, including bookings, guest check-ins, and appointment coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a SPA or wellness environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Professional appearance and conduct
