Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Commercial CRM Administrator to join our Sales team in Limassol.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role combines technical understanding, business logic, and project coordination to ensure our CRM systems serve the needs of the commercial department in a smooth and effective way.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and translating requirements from the business side into technical tasks.
  • Coordinating with IT vendors and ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
  • Analyzing CRM-related data to support sales operations.
  • Managing CRM improvements and functionality roadmap.
  • Optionally: supporting stock analytics as guided.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree and analytical mindset come hand in hand.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and/or sales processes.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is key, with Greek as a major advantage.
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and communicative character.
