Account Manager, Nicosia – ACM/03/26


Our client, a well-established marketing office is looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for handling high-expectations local and international brands. The role is pivotal in maintaining and developing client relationships, managing projects and ensuring the delivery of effective communication projects.


The right candidate must be a communications enthusiast, a dynamic professional who excels in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. With a blend of enthusiasm and strategic thinking, excel at understanding client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients and projects related to integrated Communication, Advertising and Public Relations campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of Communication Strategy proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met by the agency.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their communication needs, present campaign ideas, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with other internal Divisions to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all stages of campaign development and execution are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Time management
  • Problem solving
  • Project management and coordination
  • Competent user of MS office
