CSR Executive – Cyprus

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the implementation and coordination of our CSR initiatives and contribute to the company’s efforts to create a positive social and environmental impact.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Support the implementation of CSR initiatives and programs aligned with the company’s values and objectives
• Assist in managing the corporate giving portfolio, including coordinating funding requests and maintaining records of donations and partnerships
• Conduct preliminary research and assist with basic due diligence on organizations and initiatives requesting support
• Support the monitoring and tracking of CSR initiatives and assist in preparing reports and presentations on program outcomes
• Help coordinate CSR activities and events with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote employee participation in CSR initiatives and volunteering activities
• Assist in promoting CSR initiatives through internal communications and company channels
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to CSR programs, partnerships, and budgets
• Conduct research on CSR trends, sustainability initiatives, and best practices
• Provide administrative and operational support for CSR projects and other related activities as required

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with proven experience managing a corporate giving portfolio and successfully overseeing CSR programs
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in social and environmental initiatives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
