The Marketing Executive supports the strategic marketing and communication objectives of Caramondani Group by coordinating marketing activities, developing campaigns, strengthening the Group’s brand presence, and ensuring consistent communication across all subsidiaries. The role works closely with the Group Marketing Director and various internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality promotional and communication outcomes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Support the development and implementation of the Group’s marketing, branding, and PR strategy.
- Assist in the creation of marketing plans, annual calendars, and action plans for all subsidiaries.
- Promote the Group’s services, products, and major projects through structured marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage the Group’s online presence, including website updates, social media content, and digital campaigns.
- Track and report digital marketing performance, analysing KPIs, engagement, ROI, and impact.
- Collaborate on content creation for posts, newsletters, brochures, videos, and website materials.
- Campaigns & Events
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive awareness.
- Organise corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and activities to promote company services and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- External Partnerships & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with graphic designers, ad agencies, printing houses, and other creative partners for the preparation of marketing material.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the Group’s brand standards and guidelines.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to monitor competition, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Budget & Administration
- Prepare marketing budgets in collaboration with Group Management and monitor expenditures.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and alignment with internal processes.
- Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Marketing Director and colleagues across all Group companies to gather information, support marketing needs, and ensure alignment in branding and messaging.
- Maintain internal communication channels for the dissemination of marketing activities and events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Working knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, and other content/CRM platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
- Creative mindset and ability to propose fresh marketing ideas.
