We are seeking a skilled, professional, and service-driven Barista / Barman to join the Neocleous Tower hospitality team and deliver a premium beverage and service experience to tenants and visitors.

About the Role

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, fitness cocktails, and other drinks

• Ensure consistently high standards of drink quality, presentation, and taste

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar, coffee station, and preparation areas

• Organise, manage, and control beverage stock and supplies

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate re-ordering needs

• Support and coordinate with bar staff during service hours

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Barista and/or Barman

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service

• Fluent in English and Greek (spoken)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and professional presence

• Reliable, well-organised, and detail-oriented

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
