We are now inviting applications for our 2026 ACCA Trainee Scheme. This programme is designed for ambitious graduates who wish to begin their professional career in a dynamic, international environment while pursuing the ACCA qualification with full support.

As an ACCA Trainee at Abacus, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple service lines and contribute to real client engagements from the outset. You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing strong technical expertise alongside commercial awareness and professional judgement.

What you’ll be doing

• Contributing to accounting and financial reporting assignments

• Supporting advisory and corporate services projects

• Engaging in tax and international structuring engagements

• Participating in client communications and compliance-related matters

• Contributing to corporate structuring and entity administration processes

• Supporting governance and regulatory reporting procedures

• Collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality client service

Through structured exposure and ongoing mentorship, you will build a well-rounded foundation for a successful professional career.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline

• Strong academic performance demonstrating numerical and analytical capability

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• A willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for problem-solving and professional growth

• Professional attitude with a proactive, responsible and collaborative approach
