THE COMPANY
On behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies operating in the food manufacturing and retail sector, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Brand Lead, to be based in Nicosia.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will be responsible to contribute to the development and execution of the branding strategy in alignment with the Group’s business strategy.
More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

Design, coordinate and execute the annual Marketing Plan for the brands / channels under his/her responsibility in alignment with the brand positioning and the Group’s directions.

Create, manage and optimise communication content, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and identity across all customer touchpoints.

Conduct market research and convert data and insights into evidence-based suggestions to identify growth opportunities, introduce new products, etc.

Utilise consumer, market and performance insights for the continuous improvement of marketing decisions and actions.

Participate in the design and implementation of consumer incentive and reward plans through loyalty schemes with the purpose to elevate customer experience and enhance customer loyalty.

Develop and implement promotional activities based on the relevant plan per sales channel, aiming at enhancing brand recognition, increasing sales and improving consumer satisfaction.

Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations and launches, representing the organisation and brands and enhancing thus their image and presence in the market.

Manage and coordinate the collaboration with suppliers, advertising agencies and media, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional activities for the channels under his/her responsibility and ensuring adherence to the agreed budget and deadlines.

Manage the approved marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Work closely with the team managing the brands under his/her responsibility, providing strategic guidance and direction, while at the same time collaborating with the wider marketing team so as to achieve consistency and maximum effectiveness of marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline

At least three (3) years of professional experience in marketing / brand management, in a reputable organization preferably in the retail sector

Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Results driven with proven ability to analyse data, forecast and identify trends, opportunities and challenges

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
-
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of graphic design software (i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) will be considered an advantage
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
