Exclusive Catering is a leading catering company in Nicosia, specializing in premium events, weddings, and corporate functions.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Event Coordinator / Sales & Operations Executive to manage event requests, prepare offers, and coordinate the catering team (Chef, Head of Bar, Waiter Manager, Storeroom, Decorators, and external partners).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate event details with internal departments and suppliers.
- Maintain the event calendar and support smooth event execution.
Requirements
- University degree (Business Administration, BA in marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field).
- Experience in coordination or hospitality operations is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English and good computer literacy.
