Position: Project Manager | Enterprise Technology Performance - Nicosia, Cyprus

The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as Project Manager, at the levels of Consultant to Assistant Manager, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role

As a Technology Consultant, you will work closely with senior leadership to envision and design innovative technology estates that are strategically aligned to our clients’ long-term objectives. You will lead the design of user-centric technology solutions, leveraging industry best practices and the latest innovation methodologies to ensure clients achieve meaningful business outcomes. Your advisory expertise will guide clients in optimizing and sustaining their technology investments, with a talent for driving successful change management programs and influencing user behaviour to maximize adoption and technology impact. You will oversee complete project delivery—from initial scope definition through to high-quality deliverables—while managing client relationships, engagement planning, team leadership, and financial performance. Additionally, you’ll play a central role in expanding our client portfolio, forging lasting relationships with regional offices, and enabling business development through proactive engagement and frequent travel across the Middle East region. In every project, you will be empowered to contribute ideas, champion innovation, and create value that endures for our clients and the firm.

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

• Deliver strategic technology advice to clients across the Middle East and Cyprus, identifying solutions tailored to their specific challenges and business objectives

• Collaborate with senior leadership to envision and design future technology estates aligned to client strategies.

• Understand the client's strategy and purpose, working closely with the client's stakeholder teams to define, analyse, and execute the target architecture for the project

• Taking a leading role with our clients in designing new technology solutions through the application of user-centred design techniques

• Advising our clients in how to optimise their technology investments. Leading change for our client's technology transformation programmes, demonstrating forethought on their long-term sustainable adoption of new technologies

• Drive change in user behaviors to maximize adoption and outcomes of new technologies

• Manage project delivery from scope definition to high-quality deliverables, overseeing client relationships, engagement planning, team management, and financial performance

• Grow client portfolio and strengthen relationships with regional offices through proactive business development and frequent travel across the Middle East region

• Leading the delivery of client projects by managing client relationships, developing the scope and engagement plan, managing team members, engagement financials, and overseeing the production of high-quality deliverables
  Specifically:

  • Monitoring the progress of the project, managing project resources, and executing necessary corrective actions, where needed

  • Ensuring the quality of the project's execution and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Lead

  • Preparation of a contingency plan and management of various issues that may jeopardize the project's success (business and project risks)

  • Preparation of Monthly Project Progress Reports or various Stage Gate Reports

  • Executing any other actions deemed necessary to ensure the project's success

• Supporting the continued growth of our business through contributing to propositions, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities

• Make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached

• Working in and managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any other related field

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Fluent in Arabic (verbal)

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT strategy roles

• Proven ability to design technology solutions in alignment with business strategy

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including experience working directly with senior client teams

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Middle Eastern countries

• Experience managing end-to-end client projects, including financials and deliverable quality

• Experience of working across project lifecycles - from scoping and analysis, design and testing, and through to post go-live support

• End-to-end management of technology transformation projects (preparation of project plans, effective project monitoring)

• Familiarity with project management software tools, waterfall and agile methodologies, and best practices

• Demonstrate good knowledge of business processes and associated technology

• Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships.

• Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally

Set yourself apart:

• Experience leading projects for major clients in the banking, government, or telecommunications sectors in the Middle East

• Demonstrated success in expanding regional client portfolios and building cross-regional networks

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technology areas (cloud, enterprise architecture)

• Diverse industry experience within Financial Services, Consumer Goods or Public Sector will be considered an advantage

• Certifications in Agile/Scrum
